2016 JEUNES GOUVERNEURS EVENT : Date to be confirmed

Les Grands Ballets is proud to announce that Jeunes Gouverneurs raised a total of $90,400 during 2014-2015 season thanks to the ballet classes, cocktails and the Annual Evening presented by National Bank, in collaboration with L’Oréal Professionnel.

The Annual Evening held last March 21st, animated by Virginie Coossa, tremendously helped to this success. The event was sold out and allowed to raise a record amount of $83,000.

True to its traditions, the evening started with a cocktail reception at Salon urbain followed by the presentation of Didy Veldman’s The Little Prince at Théâtre Maisonneuve. A red carpet, lined with cocktails and photographers, greeted the guests. A wide variety of food stands and set-ups were also on location.

Among the evening highlights; the announcement of the $1,000 winner of National Bank’s contest “Powering your ideas” and the L’Oréal Professionnel make-up and hairdressing booths.

After the show, guests were invited to take part in a festive evening with Les Grands Ballets’ dancers to the sound of DJ Thomas H.

WORD FROM THE CO-PRESIDENTS

Passionate about art and philanthropy, our mission is to make the ballet more accessible for everyone. Our primary role, however, is sharing our love and appreciation in dance. We are continually surpassing ourselves to find new ways to help our peers discover the beauty of this art form.
