Stephan Thoss opens the doors to the world of the unconscious, portraying a series of dreams throughout this breathtaking and high-paced ballet. Articulated around a multitude of tableaux and projections reminiscent of surrealist cinema, this dreamlike ballet alternates between eerily beautiful scenes and fastpaced action.
Born in Leipzig, Stephan Thoss trained at the Palucca School in Dresden, in the former East Germany, before studying German Expressionist dance based on the theories of Rudolf Laban. He has created over 80 works: short solos and full-scale ballets;
