Repertory

Since joining Les Grands Ballets, Robert Deskins has danced main roles in: Polyphonia (Christopher Wheeldon), Sleeping Beauty as Prince Désiré (Mats Ek), Searching for Home (Stephan Thoss), The Little Prince as The Pilot and Cinderella as the Stepmother (Stijn Celis). He also danced the Winter Pas de Deux created for him in Four Seasons (Mauro Bigonzetti), the Passo Messo and the 20-minute improvisation in Minus One (Ohad Naharin). Robert Deskins has also been featured in other works by Jiří Kylián, Stijn Celis, Mauro Bigonzetti, Ohad Naharin, Shen Wei, Jean-Christophe Maillot, Nacho Duato, George Balanchine, Gabrielle Lamb, Didy Veldman, Fernand Nault, Kim Brandstrup, Peter Quanz, Jeremy Galdeano and Andrew Skeels. Before working for Les Grands, Robert Deskins danced lead roles in Lady Lucille and the Count, Romeo and Juliet (James Canfield), Agon (George Balanchine), Calcium Light Night (Peter Martins), There Below (James Kudelka) and White Noise (Trey McIntyre).
